Functions, venues, timings and rough guest numbers.
A decorated car for the couple, and enough vehicles to move the whole family between venues without anyone waiting.
Udaipur weddings run across venues — a hotel for the mehndi, a haveli for the ceremony, a lakeside lawn for the reception. The car matters for photographs, but the real work is moving eighty guests on time, repeatedly, across three days.
We book by the day rather than by the trip, so the vehicles stay with your family for the whole function instead of being released after each drop.
Planned around the schedule you send us, not a standard package.
Fresh flower work matched to your colours, fitted the morning of.
Sedans, SUVs and Tempo Travellers moving in coordinated batches.
Vehicles stay from first function to last, driver included.
Presentable, briefed on the venue list and the running order.
Mix and match — most weddings use two or three of these together.

For large baraats or when the whole guest list moves at once.
Send the running order and we plan the fleet around it.

For peak season — November to February — three to four weeks ahead. Udaipur runs a lot of weddings in those months and decorated vehicles get committed early. Off-season, a week is usually enough.
Basic decoration on the lead car is included. Elaborate themes, imported flowers or a specific colour scheme are quoted separately once you tell us what you want, so you are not paying for decoration you did not ask for.
Yes, though most families find a full-day booking works out better. Booking trip by trip means vehicles leave after each drop, and getting them back at short notice on a busy wedding day is where schedules slip.
Yes, including the lakeside and hilltop properties outside the city. Tell us the venue and we will factor the distance and any resort access rules into the plan.
